In wire form,<STRONG> tungsten wire</STRONG> is essential for the production of lighting products such as wire filament, and other goods where its high temperature properties are of use. Among its properties are a melting point of 3410!, a low coefficient of thermal expansion and low vapor pressure at elevated temperatures, along with good electrical and thermal conductivity.<BR><BR><STRONG>Features: </STRONG>as the pure tungsten, the<STRONG> tungsten wire</STRONG> is high performance. <STRONG>Tungsten wire</STRONG> has high melting temperature, high density, low vapor pressure, low thermal expansion combined with good thermal conductivity, sufficient electrical resistance, high modulus of elasticity.<BR><BR><STRONG>Application:</STRONG> <BR>Important applications of the <STRONG>tungsten wires</STRONG> are for the production of coiled incandescent lamp filaments, cathode and support structures for power tubes, heating elements for high temperature furnaces and evaporation sources in metallizing processes. Thicker wire sizes, straightened, finish-ground and cut into rod pieces are widely used for glass-to-metal seal lead parts in the lighting and electronic industries.<BR><BR><STRONG>Direction for Use:</STRONG><BR>1. Aquadag layer on the surface of the wire should be removed before using the wire is not suitable for contacting with iron, nickel, carbon, when the temperature is higher than 1000 . The wires should be preserved in dry room, in which the relative humidity should not surpass 65%, and keeping away from acid or alkali atmosphere. <BR>2.
